5-Day Return Policy

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please do not send items back to us without first requesting a return, as they will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your original item. Once your return has been accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without providing a justification.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–4 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
